THINKING OF SELLING YOUR HOUSE ?

It is hard to find the words to express how fortunate I feel to have worked with Maria Lara in purchasing my home. She came highly recommended, and it is easy to see why. She is the kind of agent who actually wakes up in the middle of the night thinking about her clients, and how she can best serve them. She is extremely knowledgeable, very well connected, and she may be one of the nicest people I have ever met! We had planned to look at homes when I relocated physically, but with interest rates on the rise, I wanted to look from afar. I also used an internet mortgage company. She rolled with this new frontier like the pro she is - taking me on video tours, using her expertise to find the exact type of neighborhood I wanted. I found a place I wanted to purchase sight unseen (don’t judge ;-) and this is where Maria swung into action like a champion. She helped me structure a winning bid. She arranged for an inspection, and a video walkthrough with the inspector. She had her amazing contractor assess repairs, and she closed the deal, despite some petty hardball tactics from the sellers. I put Maria through her paces, I think, and she came through with flying colors. I honestly cannot imagine anyone having a less than stellar experience with her. It goes without saying that she has my highest recommendation.

In 2013, Maria helped me aquire my dream house with my husband. We got a great deal and she expertly guided us through negotiations to replace the roof and offset the purchase price. We were very happy with the service that she provided. PLUS: in order to buy this house, Maria cut her percentage to assist us in selling our old house in 10 days from listing. In 2020, I was divorced and found a house in the country adjacent to my horse trainer's home. I thought it was beyond my ability to aquire. Marie sent me to her preferred mortgage lender and I miraculously was able to get financing. I needed Maria to sell my former dream house FAST to close the deal and she did it in spades! 12 days after listing, I got a full price offer!!! Maria is a kind and genuine person.
